Assess current program

Develop listing of purveyors & pricing

Implement purchasing strategies for smooth transition from
current program to new program. Design new wine list.

Create a TRAINING MANUAL that includes service standards,
wine descriptions, and detailed information that helps servers
confidently sell wine.

Continual on-site training during the course of transitional period
in order to keep your staff aware of new wines and to develop
and maintain high wine service standards.

OTHER SERVICES
Haskel Consulting will also perform services to develop menus,
restaurant concepts, food costing, and purchasing strategies.


PRICING
Haskel Consulting will give an estimate for the agreed upon
services. Work will commence upon mutually agreeable terms.
